Business Valuer
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- To assist in valuation projects for M&A, IPO, financial reporting purposes
- Provide support on research, financial analysis, modeling and evaluation activities
- Conduct research and collect data for valuations on business, intangible assets, natural resources, and / or financial instruments
Requirement:
- Degree Holder in accounting, finance, financial engineering or equivalent
- Min. 2 year research / valuation practice is highly preferred
- Strong conceptual, analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- CFA / CPA holders or candidates are preferred
- Self-motivated, well organized, hardworking, multi-task, and able to work under pressure
- Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Able to work in the PRC / overseas for business trip
Business Development Executive
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate new business to achieve sales target by calling and face-to-face visits
- Understand customers’ needs and advise relevant solutions to establish and retain good customer relationship
- Handle enquiries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales pipeline for regular review
- Assist in developing sales plan and report market intelligence to management for promotion activities
Requirement:
- A recognized university degree / high dip. holder with 1-2 years sales experience preferably experienced in corporate sales;
- Aggressive, self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong probing, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficiency in PC applications includes MS word, Excel and PowerPoint
